Professor Dr. Sameer Suleiman Abdel-Jamal

 

Professor Dr. Sameer Suleiman Abdel-Jamal, born on August 28, 1970, is a Palestinian national. He obtained his high school diploma in the scientific stream in 1988, followed by a diploma in Computer Science in 1991, a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture in 2001, a diploma in Environmental Impact Assessment in 2006, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration in 2009. He earned his Ph.D. in 2022. Dr. Abdel-Jamal has served as a part-time faculty member at Al-Quds Open University and Hebron University since 2010, and also taught at Al-Istiqlal University for Security Sciences. Since 2020, he has been a faculty member at the American People’s University. He has extensive experience in public administration and academic education and held the position of Administrative Officer and Head of Department at the Directorate of Education in Hebron Governorate between 1993 and 2016. He has been the President of Al-Amal Association for Deaf Children in Palestine since 2021. Dr. Abdel-Jamal has also served as an international peer reviewer, consultant, and researcher for several international scientific journals. He was awarded the title of Best Arab Trainer in Human Development worldwide by the Arab World Group – UK. He has published several specialized books in institutional excellence, management, and leadership, and has presented numerous peer-reviewed research papers in the fields of management, education, leadership, e-learning, digital communication, and strategic planning at both Arab and international conferences.
