Professor Dr. Saher El-Annan

Dr. Saher El-Annan is a university professor, senior academic consultant, and certified professional trainer with over 22 years of experience in higher education, academic consultancy, and professional training. He specializes in leadership, change management, project management, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, marketing, and human resources management. He holds a PhD in Management with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Change from Hartford University in the USA, an MBA from Miami University, a BS in Management from Maryland University, and an AA degree from Edison Community College, along with several specialized professional certificates in microfinance, training of trainers, and entrepreneurship development. Dr. El-Annan has held prominent academic and administrative positions at several institutions including the Lebanese University, Arab Open University, American University of Culture and Education, and the American University of Technology, where he served as Dean of Business Faculties and Program Director for MBA programs, overseeing curriculum development and alignment with labor market demands. He worked closely with the Open University UK on accreditation, curriculum development, and learning outcomes design. He has also collaborated with several international organizations such as UNIDO, Leuphana University, TEMPUS, and the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) in projects aimed at educational innovation and curriculum modernization. As a keynote speaker and academic contributor, he has participated in numerous international conferences and workshops covering topics in education, leadership, quality management, and digital transformation in higher education, in addition to supervising theses and serving on various academic and professional committees. Dr. El-Annan has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed research papers published in reputable international journals indexed in Scopus and Google Scholar, addressing topics such as leadership styles and their impact on organizational performance, customer relationship management, social responsibility, and organizational transformation in the MENA region. He is fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and instructional skills, and a clear ability to link theory with practice to enhance learner outcomes. He is a member of several academic and professional bodies including the Academy of Management, the Lebanese Council for Quality, and the Center for Sustainable Development, and has received numerous honors and awards from academic institutions and governmental bodies in Lebanon and abroad in recognition of his academic excellence and community service.
