Dr. Shaimaa Rashad
Shaimaa Rashad is a distinguished professional in the field of Human Resource Management, combining an advanced academic background with practical experience, making her a qualified figure capable of contributing effectively to institutional development. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from the Faculty of Education – Ain Shams University in 2001, which provided her with a solid foundation in analysis and scientific methodology. As her interests shifted toward management and human resource development, she pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Cairo University in 2018, graduating with excellence, thus demonstrating her ability to achieve advanced academic distinction.
Her academic path continued until she obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cairo University in 2021. Her thesis addressed a critical topic in contemporary administrative leadership titled: “The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior: The Mediator Role of Job Crafting – An Applied Study on Commercial Banks Operating in Egypt.” This research reflects her interest in bridging theory and practice, as well as her commitment to providing practical solutions for business organizations by fostering creativity and innovation in the workplace.
On the professional level, she worked as a Mathematics Lecturer at Saints Stefano School in Cairo between 2009 and 2011. This role allowed her to refine her teaching, communication, and classroom management skills, in addition to gaining valuable experience in working with diverse groups of students and enhancing their learning abilities. Such an educational experience strengthened her expertise in training, mentoring, and motivating individuals, which directly aligns with her career in human resource management.
Alongside her academic and professional achievements, Ms. Rashad possesses a solid set of technical and practical skills. She is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, certified in ICDL, and skilled in preparing student performance reports and applying mathematical analysis. She also demonstrates strong personal attributes such as the ability to work well under pressure, independence as well as teamwork efficiency, quick adaptability, and eagerness to learn new tasks. These qualities make her a flexible professional capable of navigating dynamic work environments.
She is a native speaker of Arabic and has an intermediate (B1) level of English proficiency, which enables her to operate in multicultural settings
