Dr. Hiba Mohamed Nour Awadallah Al-Amin

Hiba Mohamed Nour Awadallah Al-Amin is a distinguished example of an ambitious Arab woman who has combined academic excellence with extensive practical experience in the fields of business administration and accounting. Her academic journey reflects a steady progression, beginning with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Omdurman Islamic University in 2008. She then advanced to earn a Master’s degree in Managerial Accounting from Sudan University of Science and Technology in 2019, before continuing her research path by pursuing a Ph.D. in Managerial Accounting and Costing at the same university starting in 2021. This academic progression showcases her passion for knowledge and determination to delve deeply into her area of specialization.
On the professional front, Dr. Hiba has gained diverse experience that highlights her ability to bridge the academic and practical aspects of her field. She has served as a lecturer at Sudan University of Science and Technology, contributing to the education and training of students in accounting. Additionally, she worked as an accountant and financial auditor at a financial auditing and consultancy firm, enabling her to translate her theoretical knowledge into hands-on experience. Her expertise also extended internationally through her role as a lecturer at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, adding a global dimension to her career and proving her adaptability to different academic environments.
Beyond her experience, Dr. Hiba possesses a set of personal skills that enhance her professional performance, including decision-making, teamwork, flexibility, the ability to work under pressure, emotional intelligence, and diplomacy. These certifications strengthened her technical competence and equipped her with additional skills to keep pace with technological advancements in accounting and management.
